JetExpress
JetExpress is our fastest service, available on all Interisland and Continental U.S. routes. Get your shipment on its way as soon as the next available flight.
Certain rules and restrictions for JetExpress apply:
- Shipments must be PREPAID at Origin. No collect shipments allowed.
- When shipping between Hawaii and the U.S. Mainland, the shipper must be a “Known Shipper” unless the shipment is less than one pound (1 lb.) in total weight. To learn more about becoming a Known Shipper visit our Cargo Account for Business page.
- Drop-off and pick-up at Hawaiian Airlines Cargo Counter locations only
- Shipments must be a single piece that meets the size and weight limitations or no more than two pieces banded together to make one piece
- Dimensions may not exceed 90 linear inches (l + w + h)
- Max weight - 100 lbs.
- Cut off time - 90 min. (interisland flights) or 4 hours (US Continental flights) prior to flight departure
- Pick up time - 60 min. after flight arrival for NI flights, 120 min. after arrival of NA flights
- Valid only on non-stop flights
- JetExpress is not available for international shipments.
- JetExpress shipments will be rated per piece
JetExpress cannot be used for the following goods:
- Dangerous goods
- Live animals
- Firearms
- High-value items
- Extraordinary value items
- Surfboards
- Perishables (except cut flowers and leis)
- Human organs
- Diagnostic specimens
