Here are some common industry terms you may hear when working with our Cargo Service Specialists.

Unit Load Device (ULD) A pallet or container used to load luggage and freight on wide-body aircraft. Hawaiian Air Cargo uses ULDs on all flights except those between the neighbor islands.
